香港和新加坡2023年4月5日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（「AGBA」「匯邦」）今日宣布於2023年4月5日訂立一份買賣協議，收購Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡獲得正式許可的財務顧問和保險經紀公司。AGBA連同其子公司統稱「AGBA集團」或「匯邦集團」，為一家總部在香港的領先一站式金融超市。

AGBA集圑在中國大灣區提供廣泛的金融和醫療保健服務，深受超過400,000名個人和企業客戶的信賴。AGBA集團擁有一系列獨特兼互補性的業務，結合市場領先業務與新興業務模式，為龐大的專屬客戶群提供服務，並通過不同的B2B和B2C分銷渠道，引入各種創新的金融及醫療產品和服務，為公司業務帶來增長。
