Young staff is creative, energetic and innovative in general and will serve as important talent assets of companies. However, many managers and supervisors complained that young generations are too difficult to manage. Generation gaps, mindset and values deviation are their major communication blocks.
In this seminar, we will identify the features of young staff (post-90s) and provide some insights to management on motivating these staff. The talk also aims to enhance the 2-tier communications and increase the productivity and loyalty of young staff.
