要在首階段發出電子支票，你必須要是以下9家銀行的客戶，包括中國農業銀行、中國銀行（香港）、集友銀行、富邦銀行（香港）、恒生銀行、南洋商業銀行、東亞銀行、香港上海滙豐銀行及永隆銀行。其他銀行也會陸續推出發出電子支票業務。
