香港2023年5月15日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市、香港領先的一站式金融超市匯邦集團控股有限公司（AGBA），欣然宣佈2023年第一季度的財務業績，期内收入為1,110萬美元，較2022年同期大幅增長逾5倍。
2023年3月期間，AGBA集團錄得過去三年内最多的新業務申請。AGBA預期今年剩餘季度集團將繼續保持強勁增長。AGBA集團對香港的經濟反彈感到樂觀，認爲反彈有賴邊境重新開放、內地遊客的回歸以及疫情後強勁的國內需求。
2023年第一季度， AGBA 集團繼續進行科技部署，在 客戶平台(client portal)和顧問工具方面持續提升客戶體驗。在平台業務方面，AGBA集團引入10個新保險合作夥伴，新增170種以上新保險和投資產品至現時總共超過2,000款金融產品；在分銷業務方面，AGBA集團與三個新分銷合作夥伴，以及一家大型本地銀行簽訂合作協議使用One Platform環一平台服務。同時，集團還啟動了一個新的孵化分銷渠道，與較小型的顧問團隊合作。
2023年4月，AGBA集團與新加坡的Sony Life Financial Advisors達成收購協議，繼續推動AGBA集團的環球擴張計劃，該公司為新加坡一家持牌金融顧問和保險經紀公司。這一收購為AGBA集團在大灣區以外，擴展至東南亞的重要里程碑。
同樣在2023年4月，AGBA集團宣布了一項回購計劃，最多回購100萬股（最高價值1,000萬美元）。回購反映AGBA集團致力回饋股東，為股東帶來價值，同時保持財務靈活性，以投資高增長機會。
