香港2023年4月18日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（「AGBA」「匯邦」）是香港領先的一站式金融超市，董事會今天宣布批准一項股份回購計劃，授權以不超過10,000,000美元回購最多1,000,000股AGBA普通股。回購反映AGBA致力回饋股東，為他們帶來價值，同時保持財務靈活性，以投資高增長機會。回購計劃亦顯示董事會對公司未來前景充滿信心。

按適用的證券法例及監管規定，AGBA或會不時在公開市場回購股份。公開市場回購將根據經修訂的1934年證券交易法（「交易法」）第10b-18條進行。
任何股份回購的方式、時間和金額將由AGBA管理層根據其對普通股交易價格、市場和經濟狀況、監管要求和其他公司考慮因素等，作出評估及自行決定。
有關授權於2024年4月18日到期，並可能隨時暫停或終止。公司亦沒有義務回購任何數量的普通股。
